A DAY IN THE LIFE:

This is more than a sales role it is an opportunity to become a trusted clinical partner to healthcare professionals patients and caregivers. You will leverage your clinical expertise to support the adoption of innovative insulin pump therapy while building strong and lasting relationships across your territory.

What You Will Do
Drive sales performance across your assigned territory meeting or exceeding targets.
Build trusted relationships with endocrinologists diabetes educators and key opinion leaders.
Deliver engaging product training and education to healthcare professionals and patients.
Act as a clinical expert in Type 1 diabetes management and insulin pump therapy.
Identify new business opportunities and expand Tandems presence in the diabetes community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Verantwortung für die Zielerreichung im Vertriebsgebiet

- Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zuEndokrinolog:innenDiabetesberater:innen Kliniken und KOLs

- Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Ausbau der regionalen Marktpräsenz

- Klinische Beratung zu Insulinpumpentherapie AID-Systemen CGM Notfallmanagement und Diabetes-Selbstmanagement

- Durchführung von Produktschulungen fürPatient:innenund medizinisches Fachpersonal

- Unterstützung vonPumpentrainer:innen(Zertifizierung & Rezertifizierung)

- Teilnahme an Messen Kongressen und regionalen Veranstaltungen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mitdemClinical TeamMedical Affairs undunseremInnendienst

- Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten im CRM-System

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller regulatorischen und datenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben

Dein Profil:

-MehrjährigeErfahrung im klinischen Vertrieb oder in der Diabetesversorgung

- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Typ-1- und Typ-2-Diabetes Insulinpumpen Hybrid-Closed-Loop-Systemen CGM Kohlenhydratberechnung und Notfallprotokollen

- Fähigkeit medizinische Fachkräfte zu überzeugen undPatient:innensicher zu begleiten

- Selbstständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 80 %)

- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Tools und digitalen Plattformen

- Erfahrung im Umgang mit KOLs

- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse gute Englischkenntnisse

Youre Awesome At:

• Experience in clinical sales healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of diabetes care including insulin pumps CGMs and AID systems.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with both healthcare professionals and patients.
• Confident presenting to clinical stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German with a good working knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Experience in Healthcareand working with prescribers.
• Ideally will have aNursing background(DiabetesberaterIN- DDG)orDietitianor equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
• Maintenance of registration and licensure through clinical education.
• Continuing education on patient education on the technical use ofdiabetes technologyand special considerations related to pump therapy in the marketplace.
• Experience in diabetes care endocrinology medical device sales or a related clinical field.
• Previousexperience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and supporting complex HCP relationships is highly preferred.
• Direct knowledge of or experience with Type 1 diabetes patients is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate as a clinical expert to patients and HCPs
