As Workspace & Culture Manager(with 28h - 40h/week) you will be navigating the operational and cultural heartbeat of our organization to fuel our growth. You will take full ownership of our main site in Munich/Planegg(approx. 50 workstations) and drive connection for our total team of approx. 75 employees across two countries ensuring that our workspace remains a vibrant collaborative and highly efficient ecosystem.
You will work in a fast-paced high-performance environment where your organizational decisions and cultural initiatives directly impact our teams daily life and our mission to decouple chocolate from deforestation.
A Taste of What to Expect
Take full ownership of our Planegg workspace by keeping daily operations running smoothly from managing vendor relations and stock supplies to adapting seating charts and spatial concepts to our growth
Drive our cross-location culture by designing value-linked initiatives organizing major events like our Summer Party and running interactive formats like Focus Days for our teams in Germany & the Czech Republic
Streamline strategic company rituals by operationally coordinating and scheduling our Townhalls All-Hands and OKR update meetings to keep the entire organization aligned
Support our People team by owning onboarding logistics and administrative tasks managing employee merch and handling preparatory accounting for employee benefits
Bridge the gap to IT & process automation by coordinating hardware assets for new hires and proactively implementing digital tools to eliminate your manual admin workflows
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
Bring at least 2 years of experience independently managing a physical space office operations or supporting HR teams ideally within a fast-paced startup or scale-up ecosystem
Act as a cultural bridge who enthusiastically connects our teams in Germany and the Czech Republic tailoring engagement initiatives creatively to resonate with each location while fostering a strong sense of a unified company culture
Balance a love for order and structure with a creative spark bringing fresh ideas for our workplace culture (and major events with 50 people) while keeping operational processes immaculately organized
Prioritize business impact over temporary fixes by making cost-conscious strategic choices thinking in scalable structures and confidently defending decisions when necessary
Demonstrate an ownership mindset with high tech-affinity including proficiency in Slack Notion HR systems (e.g. Personio) and with the drive to optimize the usage of IT advice management platforms
Fluency in English and German combined with a high on-site presence in our office in Planegg
