MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

This position is a fixed-term contract.

Your profile

• Good understanding of automotive industry, service parts business, global SCM and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, analyse data and maintain accuracy with attention to detail.
• Relevant IT literacy: Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel), SQL, RDBMS
• Good skills in communication and coordination, internally and externally.
• Fluent in English
• Strong sense of responsibility for tasks and jobs.
• Open minded to understand multi-national colleagues.

Your tasks

• Analyzeinventory KPI to measure effectiveness of inventory strategies and initiatives and Coordinate with concenred parties to find out root causes of performance variance and seek out opportunities for IM process improvement in cooperative manner.
• Reportmonthly inventory closing to all concerned parties to reconcile inventory balances and resolve discrepancy for closing data integrity.
• Coordinatewith PE-logistics and PDC Operation to enhance physical inventory management.
• Analyzeinventory management factors(classification, LDC rate, and etc) in the system, update regularly after approval and review the results.
• CoordinateIM conferences and workshop and take accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes by summarizing key discussions, action items and by providing feedback to participants.
• Coordinateannual scrap by reviewing scrap target item, scheduling with PDCs, documenting and reporting consolidated results to concerned parties.
• Supportdepartment or team project to improve inventory management process and to implement new business requirement.
• Managedepartment asset by keeping accurate inventory and manage budget by processing expenditures.
• Supportmanagement by providing analysis and status report as assigned.
