Maintenance Setup & Readiness Lead (f/m/d)

In this role, you will have a rare opportunity: to build the entire maintenance strategy and structure for our new automated logistics facility in Neuenburg am Rhein, from the ground up. From the CMMS to spare parts strategy to shift-ready operations, you will shape it all. If you love creating order out of chaos, this is your playground.

Deine Aufgaben

• You build the maintenance strategy from the ground up – preventive, corrective and condition-based
• Design and implement maintenance processes, standards and KPI logic that actually work in practice
• Setup and structuring of the CMMS including maintenance logic and workflows
• The spare parts strategy? Yours to define and roll out
• Get the technical organisation ready for shift operations
• Work hand in hand with Operations – because a logistics facility doesn't launch and work in a silo

Deine Fähigkeiten

• You've built or scaled maintenance structures before – and you know what it takes to get them right
• A solid technical background in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• You're fluent in both English and German (C1 level each)
• Hands-on experience with CMMS systems and structured maintenance planning
• Ability to build structures in dynamic ramp-up environments
• The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
