Senior Brand Partner Manager / Brand Buyer (m/f/d)

As a Senior Brand Partner Manager / Brand Buyer, you will play a key role in shaping and growing our premium Home & Living portfolio across international markets. In this role, you will drive strategic brand partnerships, optimise commercial performance, and ensure an attractive assortment for design-conscious customers. We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical professional with strong negotiation skills, a passion for premium brands, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international premium brand partners
• Negotiate and secure competitive commercial terms, marketing agreements, and access to attractive product assortments to drive mutual growth and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives together with brand partners to continuously grow turnover and category performance
• Analyse buying performance, sales trends, and key commercial KPIs to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making, utilising AI and automation where applicable
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Category Management, to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives
• Continuously monitor market developments, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the assortment strategy
• Actively identify, approach, and onboard new premium brand partners that complement and enhance the existing portfolio

YOU COME WITH

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Buying, Category Management, or Key Account Management, ideally within e-commerce or the Home & Living industry
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, market dynamics, and consumer trends
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial data and translate insights into strategic actions
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills, combined with a confident and results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in English
