As the role is highly focused on developing partnerships across Germany strong German language skills (C1 level) are essential enabling you to engage confidently with decision-makers and navigate the local market effectively.
Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute an effective sales strategy to win new partners including active outreach pitching and closing
Advise clients on marketplace and retail-media solutions and build tailored offers across the full sales funnel
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and continuously grow existing accounts
Analyse market and competitive trends to identify new business opportunities and shape the commercial offering
Several years (2-3) of experience in sales business development or key account management
Genuine hunter mentality confident presence and strong communication skills
Analytical mindset for assessing market opportunities and commercial risk
