We are looking for a Working Student Change Management with focus on Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) (m/f/d), based in Munich.

Your Team

Our Allianz Agile Transformation & Change Management team is a dedicated team of change and training experts who prepare, promote, manage and reinforce change and enable colleagues to adopt to the change environment. We aim to encourage successful utilization of tools and processes, deliver impactful communications and trainings, consult and coach to empower leadership and teams engage Business throught transformation and changes.

As part of our ongoing efforts to drive digital transformation in AGCS and in line with our commitment to fostering a data-driven culture, we have identified the need to upskill every employee in data & AI literacy. We need to ensure that they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to leverage data effectively in their roles. We also want to enable our employees to understand and apply AI in their daily work to identify inefficiencies or repetitive processes and to make daily work more effective. We partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies aligned with our data literacy & data champions objectives.

The Impact You Will Have

As a Working Student in the Agile Transformation & Change Management Team, you will play an important role in supporting our Data & AI initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working alongside industry professionals.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Overall help us with enabling the Learning and Change journey for AI and Data.

Training and Learning support:

• Help manage upskilling sessions in our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors).

• Coordinate training schedules and assist with preparation of materials.

• Support internal tasks to improve training delivery and reporting.

Communication Plans and Presentation Preparation:

• Support the development and execution of communication plans that effectively convey change management strategies and updates.

• Draft and refine communication materials, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.

• Develop clear and engaging presentations to effectively communicate strategies, updates, and performance metrics to various audiences.

Knowledge Management:

• Create engaging and informative content (blog articles, emails, and updates for our intranet page) focusing on AI and Data topics

• Draft clear and consistent communication materials for change initiatives (PowerPoint Presentations, etc.)

• Contribute to content development that educates and informs employees about ongoing change initiatives and their impact.

Data Analysis and Reporting / Artificial Intelligence:

• Participate in the promotion and integration of Generative AI tools, aiding in communication and adoption strategies.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support change initiatives and measure their effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Data science, or a related field.

• Strong interest in AI, Data and Change Management

• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Very good communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude toward new challenges and opportunities.

• A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.

Further Information:

• Duration at least 6 months - With the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months

• Working hours: 20 hours/week

• Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
