About the Client Our Client is a global leader in the social media industry, connecting hundreds of millions of users worldwide through innovative digital experiences. With a strong commitment to online safety, user experience, and digital integrity, the platform continues to shape the future of online communication. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-site Employment Type: Full-Time Language Requirements: Czech (C2) & English (B2+) Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work-Permit Key Responsibilities Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user-generated content Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines Identify and remove content that violates standards Process appeals and moderation requests accurately Apply content classifications and labeling procedures Document moderation decisions and recurring trends Collaborate with policy, compliance, and legal teams when necessary Stay informed about policy updates and platform changes Requirements Fluent Czech language skills (C2) Good English communication skills (minimum B2) Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working within structured guidelines and procedures Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills Professional approach when reviewing sensitive content Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or social media environments is considered an advantage What We Offer Health insurance from day one Relocation support package Company-supported accommodation assistance Initial and annual flight support Meal allowance in addition to base salary Free healthy meals at the office Portuguese language courses Sports activities and social events Continuous learning and professional development opportunities International and multicultural work environment Career growth opportunities within a global organization If you are looking to build an international career within Trust & Safety and Social Media Operations while living in Portugal, we would love to hear from you...
