Senior ERP Program Manager – Oracle NetSuite (M/F)

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating continuous enhancements within an existing Oracle NetSuite ERP environment. The system is already live, with a focus on improving functionality, adding modules, and optimizing business processes. You will manage, prioritize, and structure enhancement requests in line with business needs while ensuring system stability. You will coordinate between business stakeholders and the external ERP partner responsible for delivery and configuration. The objective is to maximize business value through controlled and well-governed system improvements.

What we expect from you :

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in ERP program management, ERP delivery, or ERP functional consulting
• Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems in live production environments
• Strong background in ERP continuous improvement, optimization, or post go-live enhancements
• Experience managing and prioritizing ERP change requests and enhancement pipelines
• Ability to coordinate effectively between business stakeholders and external ERP/service providers
• Strong understanding of core ERP processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
• Experience with ERP configuration changes, testing, and controlled deployment in live environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and governance facilitation skills
• Hands-on, structured, and delivery-focused mindset in complex ERP environments
