Provide expert guidance and clear communication to internal employees and departments regarding complex tax and social security matters. Act as the primary corporate liaison with German government authorities, health insurance funds, and social security institutions to address inquiries. Prepare detailed payroll analyses, audits, and custom data reports to support HR management and financial decision-making processes. Requirements: Native or fluent C2-level proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is required to handle sensitive payroll communications and legal compliance text. Strong, up-to-date knowledge of German payroll laws, income tax regulations, and social security contributions. Hands-on proficiency with major payroll system architectures, preferably SAP HR or a closely related ERP environment. Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong, collaborative communication skills for internal advisory support.
