Position: Customer Service Advisor 15% monthly performance bonus €50 monthly project bonus €500 gross anniversary bonus €50 net monthly signing bonus via meal voucher card during the first year of employment Private life & health insurance including dental and eye care Health insurance effective after 3 months for local hires and from Day 1 for relocated candidates Free access to the corporate gym Fixed working hours option for mothers with children up to 2 years old Daily net Mastercard allowance: €3 net per working day during the first 12 months. Reimbursement of flight ticket (up to 300€) and transportation from airport (up to 50€) 4 weeks paid Airbnb accommodation Assistance with finding permanent accommodation Administrative support. Location: Athens, Greece Work model: Hybrid Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage incoming customer calls, chats, messages, and emails in a professional manner Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction Build sustainable customer relationships through clear and effective communication Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools and processes Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account-related activities Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. REQUIREMENTS: Native or near-native German speaker with excellent communication skills and natural accent, with good command of English Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage Strong phone communication and active listening skills Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles Good MS Office skills Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively Dedicated and professional setup suitable for hybrid work.
