【業務内容】
欧州側のIT運用を実務面から支え、外部ベンダーや日本本社ITチームと連携しながら、IT課題の整理、改善施策の実行、システム関連プロジェクトの進行管理を担当いただきます。
・欧州各拠点におけるITオペレーションの管理・改善サポート
・日々のIT課題の把握、整理、関係者への共有
・日本本社ITチームとの連携、調整、情報共有
・ITベンダー、外部サービスプロバイダーとのやり取り、進捗管理
・外部ヘルプデスクやITサポート体制の管理・改善
・ネットワーク、サーバー、クラウドサービス、PC・メール環境などに関する運用サポート
・ERP、ドメイン、メール管理等に関する欧州側でのローカル対応
・システムアップデート、パッチ適用、アカウント管理等に関する調整
・Sales、Operations、Financeなど社内部門からのIT関連相談対応
・サプライヤー、顧客とのEDI／システム連携プロジェクトのサポート
・新規子会社立ち上げ時のIT関連タスクの整理・実行
・ITセキュリティ、GDPR、社内ルールに沿った運用確認
・IT関連プロジェクトにおけるタスク管理、スケジュール管理、関係者調整
・必要に応じた業務フロー改善、運用ルール整備
【応募資格】
＜必須要件＞
・ITオペレーション、ITサポート、ITインフラ、または社内IT関連の実務経験
・ITベンダー、または外部サービスプロバイダーとの調整経験
・IT関連プロジェクトにおけるタスク管理、進捗管理、関係者調整の経験
・ネットワーク、サーバー、クラウド、PC、メール環境などの基本的なIT知識
・英語ビジネスレベル
・実務に入り込み、課題整理から改善実行まで進められる方
・社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進められる方
・ミュンヘン勤務が可能な方
＜歓迎要件＞
・ERPシステムの使用経験、または関連プロジェクト経験
・EDI、システム連携、業務アプリケーション導入に関する経験
・日系企業、または日本本社との連携経験
・ドイツ語、フランス語、日本語などの語学力
・IT Service Delivery、IT Infrastructure、Vendor Management領域での経験
・GDPR、ITセキュリティ、コンプライアンス関連の基礎知識
