Joining us, you will:
Data Modeling Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SQL, modular query design, and dimensional data modeling (star schemas, fact/dimension design).
The Modern Data Stack: Production experience designing and maintaining data models using dbt (or similar transformation tools), including testing and documentation, ideally layered on top of Google BigQuery.
E-Commerce Native: A solid understanding of D2C/e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, CAC, retention rates, repeat purchase behavior, and cohort logic).
A Proactive & Curious Mindset: You don't just report numbers—you question definitions, challenge inconsistencies, and proactively optimize data processes.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English; German is a major plus.
