In this responsible position, you will conduct and consistently track quality assurance measures for inbound goods (pharmaceuticals and medical devices). Under the supervision of the Quality Team Manager, you will block and release batches in accordance with SOPs.

Your tasks
Compliance Check & System Release: Verification of goods receipt documents (CoA, CoC) for correctness according to SOPs as well as system-based batch release for distribution.
Market Batch Release Support: Processing and photo documentation of sample products for preparation of market release in accordance with Section 16 AMWHV (import and export).
Temperature and cold chain management: Monitoring of transport temperatures, initiation of assessments in case of limit violations and maintenance of warning times (Cold Chain).
Interface and deviation management: Close cooperation with goods receipt for defect detection and support in the case of deviations and complaints.
Extended responsibilities: Performing re-test sampling on non-EU goods, forwarding PTCs (product complaints) and proper archiving.
Process optimization & audits: Active participation in the creation of SOPs as well as support during internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
Your profile
Education: Completed pharmaceutical, scientific or QS training (e.g. PTA, pharmaceutical technician or similar).
Professional experience: Experience in logistics in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or chemical industry .
Technical expertise: Sound knowledge of logistics processes (inbound, outbound, pick/pack) and related documents.
IT skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
Languages: Fluent German and very good English.
Soft skills: Reliable, independent and team-oriented work style as well as resilience under time pressure.
