As a part-time assistant (m/f/d) on a Minijob basis, you will gain valuable insights into the organization of modern workplaces as well as the operational support of buildings, spaces, and services.

Your Tasks

• Support in the organization and execution of facility management tasks on-site in Munich

• Participate in projects to optimize workflows

• Communicate with external service providers and internal departments

• Coordinate and supervise external service providers on-site

• Order materials and consumables

• Sort incoming mail and manage outgoing shipments

• Serve as a contact person for on-site inquiries, meetings, or events

Your Profile

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Practical skills and a solution-oriented mindset

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working

• Enjoy organizational tasks and interacting with people

• Excellent German skills and good English skills
