Are you ready to join our team and make an impact? Responsibilities Are you ambitious, sales-driven and you love building relationships with a diverse range of customers? Then join our Retention Team-EMEA and help growing and retaining our customer base in the Nordics region by having technical knowledge about our products. Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded Identify opportunity and customer level risk and coordinate the mitigation Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences, building trust and credibility both internally and externally Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and email Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base Monitor and report on market and competitor trends, providing relevant feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty Requirements University or college degree in the field of Business, Marketing, or something similar is great, but not a dealbreaker 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally with a focus on renewals Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team Customer-centric and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus What we offer Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start Great compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus and regular salary reviews Premiums for the private pension plan ( BAV ) up to the maximum amount are topped up by TeamViewer Public transport friendly offices Option to lease an e-bike (Germany only) Special terms for local gyms Access to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts Regular Team events and company-wide celebrations Open door policy , no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches Hybrid work time Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country We celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!
