As a Lead Market Developer Loyalty for Zalandos loyalty program (Zalando Plus) you will partner closely with the local market teams to develop and implement the long-term strategy for our new loyalty initiatives on a market level. Your focus will be on optimizing the program to meet the specific needs and expectations of customers in CEE (Poland Croatia Czechia Romania). You will play a key role in driving the programs success by ensuring it resonates with local market dynamics and customer preferences.
