Tasks

Who were looking for

Were looking for a demand gen leader who can own the full pipeline function strategy execution and the team behind it. Youll manage two existing team members and be the person accountable for turning marketing investment into revenue.

Your responsibilities

  • Pipeline and MQL targets you set the number and you hit it
  • Full-funnel strategy across paid email lifecycle and campaigns
  • Budget allocation and performance reporting
  • Managing and developing a two-person demand gen team
  • Marketing automation and attribution infrastructure
  • Alignment with sales on lead quality handoffs and follow-through

Requirements

What you bring to the table

  • 68 years in B2B SaaS demand gen
  • At least 2 years managing a team you know how to coach not just delegate
  • Comfortable owning paid performance and systems not just strategy decks
  • Strong with data you can build a dashboard read attribution and make a budget case
  • Experience with PLG or product-led sales hybrid is a strong plus
  • Hands-on with HubSpot or equivalent; knows when to automate and when to keep it simple
  • High ownership and grit: You operate like a founder of your function. You dont wait for direction and you finish what you start.
  • Sharp written communication: You can brief content teams pitch leadership and write the kind of clear copy that both humans and LLMs reward.
