About ONIQ

ONIQ is building a new software category for the next generation of manufacturing operations. Our platform helps industrial companies understand what is happening across their production processes uncover where efficiency is lost and act on the opportunities that matter most.

What you will do

You will own and scale our B2B marketing engine with a strong focus on digital performance-driven marketing.
In this role you will:
  • Define and drive our B2B marketing strategy across all channels aligned with our business goals and sales targets
  • Build and scale a lead & demand generation engine for industrial manufacturing customers
  • Quickly build a deep understanding of our product customer personas and the manufacturing domain and translate complex topics into clearcompelling stories
  • Own our performance marketing setup: plan execute and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and on LinkedIn
  • Refine and continuously improve tracking & reporting to measure traffic MQLs SQLs pipeline and ROI
  • Take responsibility for our website and landing pages together with our Sales team - messaging structure A/B tests and conversion optimization
  • Independently create content for blog posts LinkedIn posts landing pages newsletters whitepapers case studies and webinar content around manufacturing operational excellence and CO₂ reduction
  • Develop and manage email campaigns and nurture journeys in close collaboration with our Sales & Customer Success teams
  • Coordinate fairs webinars and selected customer events as part of an integrated marketing strategy
  • Manage and brief external agencies & freelancers where needed

What we expect from you

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to take ownership move things forward and help shape a fast-growing industrial tech company
  • Hands-on pragmatic working style and the ability to make progress in a fast-moving agile environment where priorities can evolve and not every path is predefined
  • Profound experience in B2B marketing digital performance marketing and lead generation
  • Familiarity with tools such as marketing automation platforms CRM systems LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CMS
  • Ability to think from the customers perspective and translate technical topics into impactful messaging
  • Passion for content marketing: you enjoy writing and can independently create high-quality content
  • A data-driven mindset: you consistently analyze performance metrics run experiments and optimize based on measurable results
  • Ambition to build a professional modern B2B marketing function while staying pragmatic and hands-on
  • Masters degree in Business Marketing Engineering Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent English skills (C1 or higher) good German skills (B2 or higher) and additional languages as a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and events
  • Motivation to spend time with the team in person. We value the energy that comes from working together at our Cologne or Berlin office so one on-site day per week is the minimum and more time together is always welcome whenever it works for you
