Assistant to the Head of Government Affairs (Germany)
The Assistant to the Head of Government Affairs (Germany) provides comprehensive support regarding administrative, organizational, and operational matters.
In addition, the incumbent is responsible for professionally managing the reception area and daily office operations at the company’s Berlin branch, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment for internal and external stakeholders.
This position serves as a central point of contact for government representatives, industry partners, business visitors, and colleagues, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of both the Government Affairs team and the capital city office.
**Personal Requirements:**
* Vocational training in a commercial or business field.
* Several years of experience in executive assistance, office management, government affairs support, public relations, or a comparable administrative role.
* Experience interacting with executives, public sector representatives, and external partners is an asset.
* Strong organizational skills and competence in project coordination.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard collaboration tools.
**Language Skills:**
* C1 – Advanced proficiency (German)
