The Chairman's Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services. Your tasks.

Ensure timely and accurate VAT compliance (VAT returns, filings, reconciliations) across multiple countries

Support the business with VAT advisory on cross-border transactions, supply chains and day-to-day operations
Review and improve VAT-related processes and controls
Monitor changes in VAT legislation and assess implications for the organization
Support VAT audits and tax authority queries in collaboration with local teams and advisors
Work closely with finance, accounting and operations in a matrix organization
Drive process improvements and standardization in the VAT area
Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on VAT topics

Your profile.

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or comparable qualification
5-7 years of experience in VAT / indirect tax (in-house or advisory)
Solid understanding of European VAT rules and cross-border transactions
First experience in an international environment is preferred
Familiarity with VAT compliance processes and ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, international matrix organization
Fluent in English
