Working Student - Offerings and Financial Controlling

in Munich

Your tasks:

• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling and organizing internal training sessions workshops and other learning activities.

• Content Management: Upload maintain and update learning materials course descriptions and documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with trainers department/group leaders and employees to ensure smooth training logistics.

• Documentation & Tracking: Help track participation attendance and completion records in the LMS and generate reports as needed.

• Continuous Improvement: Support process optimization for learning administration and contribute ideas to enhance the Academys operations.

Job requirements

We would be delighted if you bring the following with you:

• You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources Communication Psychology Education or similar).

• You have strong organizational skills and pay attention to detail.

• You are comfortable working with digital tools and ideally have some experience with Learning Management Systems or are eager to learn.

• You communicate clearly and professionally in English; German is a plus.

• You enjoy being a team player and collaborating with colleagues across departments.
