AI Adoption Manager (mfd)

Join our AI Transformation Team in our Headquarter in Munich to drive AI adoption across EGYM! This role sits at the intersection of AI and business. You own the enablement engine that turns AI from a buzzword into working tools that departments use every day combining workshop facilitation use case discovery hands-on prototyping and stakeholder management.

• Workshop Design and Facilitation: You support AI workshops end to end with department teams from pain-point discovery through agent identification to prototype validation and lead the room rather than support it
• Use Case and Agent Discovery:Youpartner with department champions to identify document and prioritize domain-specific AI agents and build the light business case that decides what gets built
• Hands-On Prototyping:Youbuild and test AI agent prototypes on low-code platforms such as Dataleap and n8n set the quality bar and hand the validated ones to engineering for production
• Knowledge Sharing:Youdrive sharing of reusable skills prompts and best practices across teams curating a living library so wins in one department spread quickly to the rest
• Content and Playbook Creation:Youown the EGYM AI Playbook including internal Notion page guides prompt libraries and best-practice docs that help teams master AI tools
• Champions Network Leadership:You run and scale the AI Champions community within departments and across departments including hosting meetings progress tracking curated best practices and the Slack channel
• External Partner Coordination:You support evaluation of AI tool vendors and startups scope pilots and coordinate with partners
• Department AI Strategy:You support each department in shaping its own AI strategy - wherever required working with leaders to identify qualify and prioritize the most promising projects and sequence them by impact and feasibility

Your fitness level

• Experience: You have around 3 years in AI enablement consulting product transformation or a similar role in the interface of business and technology where you turned ideas into adoption
• Self-Starter: You see a gap and fill it. No one needs to hand you a manual
• AI-Literate:You use ChatGPT Claude Cowork or Copilot daily and have hands-on experience with at least one low-code automation tool such as n8n Zapier Make or Dataleap
• Communicator and Facilitator:You bring people together and have a track record of moderating workshops and creating educational content
• Data-Comfortable:You define and track KPIs and can prove that AI interventions are actually working
• Education:You successfully completed a degree in Business Innovation Management Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Languages: You are fluent in English and German

Your training goal for your first 6 months

• Scale Adoption:Help drive AI adoption to the next stage across departments turning use cases into everyday usage that compounds over time across teams
• Strengthen the Champions Network:Grow and energize the AI Champions community deepening engagement across departments so best practices spread faster than any one team could manage alone
• Support the Advancement of the AI-native Vision:Support EGYMs journey to becoming an AI-native company helping embed AI thinking tooling and ways of working into how teams operate.
