Accounting and Office Assistant Main Responsibilities:

Accounting
• Book-keeping
• Checking invoices
• Updating payment list
• Managing cash
• Preparing documents for PL, BS, VAT report

Sales Support
• Preparing documents such as Quotation / invoice / shipping document
• Arranging shipment to customers
• Arranging shipment from Japan to our German warehouse
• Arranging drop shipment from Japan to Taiwan/Finland/UK
• Supporting sales team for organising/attending events and creating sales materials such as product catalogue


Accounting and Office Assistant Ideal Candidate:
• Business level of fluency in English
• B2 level of German language skill
• Having strong analytical and logical thinking
• Proficient with numerical data
• Having high level of accountability and responsibility
• Being proactive and having solution-oriented mindset
• Being able to handle multi-tasks under a fast-paced environment
