Commercial Market Manager

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Market Specialist (m/f/d) to join our North America commercial team. This is not a purely analytical role — we need someone who combines strong analytical thinking with the ability to design and implement solutions, build bridges across stakeholders, and take ownership of results. You will interact directly with senior leadership, including the CEO for North America, and shape the commercial strategy of one of the world's fastest-growing mobility networks.

About the Role

• Monitor and analyze regional performance, competitor dynamics, and demand patterns for the North America market, turning data into strategic recommendations.
• Own fare management for the region: define regional pricing settings, fallback logic, and verify implementation across the network.
• Support the design and execution of commercial activities — promotions, marketing campaigns, A/B tests, and sales initiatives — aligned with regional strategy.
• Build and maintain a country-specific campaign calendar (email, social media, and other channels).
• Develop and manage briefings for Marketing & Sales channels, including budget tracking and bi-weekly syncs.
• Identify revenue and customer flow opportunities: social discounts, special products, customer segments, and willingness-to-pay insights.
• Stay ahead of market trends: track the competitive landscape, macroeconomic shifts, regulatory changes, and network dynamics across the region.
• Contribute to topline forecasts (weekly and monthly updates) and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collect North America-specific e-commerce needs, build business cases, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, acting as subject matter expert or project manager on specific commercial topics.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline processes and improve commercial efficiency.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial analysis, revenue management, or business development — ideally in transportation, airlines, hospitality, beverages, or a similarly dynamic industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to go beyond the numbers: you design solutions, not just reports.
• A natural connector who actively seeks input from stakeholders, builds relationships across teams, and is not afraid to knock on doors to get things done.
• Strategic thinker who can navigate fast-changing macro environments (cost shifts, demand fluctuations, competitive moves) with adaptability and clarity.
• Proactive and ownership-driven: you set your own goals, follow through on commitments, and hold yourself accountable to financial targets and project deliverables.
• Curious about markets — you want to understand North America's geography, network, and customer dynamics, not just analyze spreadsheets.
• Collaborative and a strong team player, with excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and freedom; you do not need constant guidance to deliver results.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Interest or experience in AI-powered tools and process automation is a strong advantage.
