The Data Science team is working on the digital transformation of processes, data products and on customer-specific solutions in the areas of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Reporting / Visualisation, and on building a Data Lake and Analytics Platform.
Your tasks
As a Data Scientist with us, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data warehouse and analytics platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge data science and analytics solutions that drive business growth and innovation to generate new insights for clients in all industries.
You will drive the development and maintenance of our data warehouse and analytics platform using PythonOptimize and extend existing data processing pipelines, focusing on standardization and automationYou will design and implement software solutions for analyzing structured and unstructured data from surveys, customer data warehouses (first party data), and other sourcesApply a wide range of state of the art algorithms and analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from dataCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on process optimization, data integration, and analysisYour profile
You have 3+ years of experience in Data Science and Data Analytics, answering business questions with analysis and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI and are curious about learning new technologiesYou have strong knowledge of Python and practical experience with relevant libraries (like pandas, numpy, sklearn etc) and are familiar with ETL / ELT processes, common data exchange protocols, interfaces, and data formats. If you are experienced in database systems / SQL and Linux and have worked in agile teams – even better!Very good quantitative degree (M.Sc.), e.g. in STEM, Social Science, Quantitative Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fieldsYou are a team player, have the mindset of an inhouse consultant and love to drive topics that you own instead of being told what exactly to do. You are structured in your work style and you would consider yourself to be meticulousYou are fluent in English (spoken and written) - German is a plus!Shape your future with us!
