Job Summary

TheProjectQuality Manager-Large BESS Projectsensures compliance with internal and external quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This role focuses on implementing robust quality processes conducting audits and driving continuous improvement to meet contractual and regulatory requirements. The position requires close collaboration with engineering procurement and construction teams to safeguard product and service integrity while ensuring risk management.

KeyResponsibilities

• Develop andmaintainthe project-specific Quality Management Plan in alignment withcustomerrequirements and ISO standards.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual quality obligations and regulatory frameworks

• Conduct internal and supplier audits; manage corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage FAT & SAT events according to client expectations

• Overseeinspection and test plans (ITPs) and ensure proper documentation.

• Support risk assessments and implement mitigation measures related to quality and safety.

• Provide training and guidance on quality and risk processes toprojectteam.

• Report quality performance metrics to stakeholders and recommend improvements.

• Act as the primary interface for quality-related topics with the client and subcontractors.

Qualifications& Experience

• MasterorBachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field.

• German and English professionalproficiency

• Minimum 5-7years of experience in quality management within large-scale industrial or energy projects.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.

• Experience with audits and supplier quality management.

• Proficiencyin MS Office and quality management tools.

• Certification asQualityAuditor (e.g. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).

• Familiarity withEPCproject requirements and German regulatory standards.

• Experience in battery storage or energy infrastructure projects.

• Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• ITteamcoordination.

• Attention to detail and process orientation.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Flexible to travel in EMA
