The Operations Assistant (m/f/d) supports the Production Manager with administrative, organizational, and coordinating tasks in day-to-day operations. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Production Manager in the planning, organization, and follow-up of operational mattersCoordinating and preparing meetings, appointments, and production cyclesCreating, maintaining, and tracking minutes, action lists, and status reportsPreparing key performance indicators, analyses, and presentations for the Production ManagerSupporting communication between production, quality, logistics, engineering, HR, and other interfacesManaging and maintaining documents, reports, and internal recordsFollowing up on open tasks, escalations, and actions from production meetingsSupporting shift, vacation, or resource planning as neededContributing to the improvement of administrative processes within productionSupporting internal audits, training, and documentation requirementsOrganizing visitor appointments, internal events, or coordination meetings in the production environmentEnsuring structured filing and information managementHandling general administrative tasks for the Production ManagerEducationSuccessfully completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualificationProfessional ExperienceInitial professional experience in a comparable position Ideally, experience in an internationally operating companyPreferred knowledge, skills, and abilitiesTeam spirit and a service-oriented mindsetExcellent organizational and coordination skillsStructured, reliable, and independent work styleStrong communication skills and a professional demeanorDiscretion in handling confidential informationExcellent organizational and planning skills, as well as enjoyment of collaborating with various hierarchical levels and interfacesAbility to prioritize and complete tasks on timeSound knowledge of MS Office and SAP is desirableGood written and spoken English skills">Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualification

Pay Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is €39,864.00 - €50,736.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role. This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
