Are you passionate about women's empowerment, entrepreneurship, and creating meaningful impact? Would you like to gain hands-on experience working with an international community of female founders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers?

Female Founder Space is looking for motivated volunteers to support our growing global community and help organize the Global Female Entrepreneurs Summit 2026.

Whether your interests are in virtual events, social media, content creation, marketing, communications, or community engagement, this is an opportunity to build valuable professional skills while contributing to a meaningful mission.

Position: Volunteer

Location: Remote (Worldwide) or Hybrid in Berlin, Germany

Commitment: Flexible schedule (approximately 10–20 hours per week)

Tasks

Volunteer Opportunities

Depending on your interests and skills, you may support one or more of the following areas:

Virtual Event Support

• Assist with planning and coordinating online events and webinars.
• Support speakers before and during live sessions.
• Moderate sessions and manage audience engagement.
• Help facilitate networking sessions, breakout rooms, and virtual community activities.
• Provide technical assistance to attendees when needed.

Social Media & Community Engagement

• Create and schedule engaging social media content.
• Share event updates and promotional campaigns.
• Interact with our online community across social platforms.
• Help grow awareness of our programs and initiatives.
• Support community engagement before, during, and after events.

Content Writing & Communications

• Write blog articles about entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, and women's leadership.
• Help prepare newsletters and email campaigns.
• Assist with website content updates.
• Create speaker spotlights, success stories, interviews, and event recaps.
• Support marketing and communication materials.

Marketing & Operations

• Help organize digital resources and event materials.
• Assist with volunteer coordination and project management.
• Support research, outreach, and partnership initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve community engagement and member experience.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy learning, taking initiative, and making a positive impact.

You are someone who:

• Is passionate about women's empowerment and entrepreneurship.
• Has a positive attitude and an open-minded mindset.
• Is reliable, organized, and proactive.
• Can work independently in a remote environment.
• Has good written and spoken English (our working language).
• Communicates clearly and enjoys working with an international team.
• Is interested in digital marketing, communications, events, startups, education, or nonprofit work.
• Is familiar with tools such as Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, or social media platforms (a plus, but not required).

Students, recent graduates, career changers, and professionals are all welcome to apply.

While financial compensation is not provided, volunteers receive valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, networking opportunities, a professional reference upon successful completion, lifetime access to our global community and online courses, and the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission that empowers women entrepreneurs worldwide.
