The Channel Partner Specialist Central Europe (d/f/m) is responsible to play a key role in managing sales growth through channel partners. Your primary role is to build and maintain business relationships and product support with existing channel partners including dealers and resellers in Germany Austria and Switzerland and Central European countries. This role is responsible for the complete product portfolio within the Life Science and Applied Solutions Business.
This position reports to the is part of the Channel/Indirect Sales department and is located in Germany and will be fully remote.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with channel partners across DACH (Germany Austria Switzerland) and Eastern Europe
- Conducting regular business meetings and funnel reviews with channel partners to assess market dynamics and drive execution of strategies for key products and segments
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (Sales Product Customer Care Service Marketing etc.) to ensure high channel partner satisfaction and effective issue resolution
- Supporting and engaging in direct sales activities together with channel partners including lead follow-up participation in trade fairs and maintaining relationships with key accounts in Life Science and Applied segments
- Preparing commercial offers and supporting channel partners in the quotation process to drive conversion and revenue growth
- Supporting channel partners in resolving technical issues in close collaboration with internal technical and service teams
- Ensuring channel partners are fully equipped with the necessary tools training and commercial/technical information to maximize sales effectiveness
The essential requirements of the job include:
Degree in business administration materials science natural sciences or a comparable qualification
Experience in sales and business development in the B2B sector ideally with knowledge in the field of microscopy or similar technical products
In-depth expertise in customer service combined with a strong understanding of sales strategies especially in cooperation with channel partners who sell directly to end customers
Fluently German and English language skills
