(Senior) Sales Manager Governmental BeNeLux (m/f/d)

You will take ownership of the BeNeLux governmental market, expanding Quantum Systems’ footprint across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg within defense and security agencies.

Now is a defining moment: Governments across the region are accelerating investments into autonomous systems, ISR capabilities, and AI-driven defense technologies — creating immediate demand for next-generation aerial intelligence solutions.

In this high-impact role, you will shape go-to-market strategy, build strategic relationships, and win key deals with government stakeholders and procurement entities.

You act as a true market builder — combining strategic business development with hands-on execution in a fast-moving and highly relevant sector.

This role offers the opportunity to directly influence how cutting-edge unmanned systems are adopted across one of Europe’s most internationally connected defense landscapes.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Identify, approach, and engage potential governmental clients to promote our solutions and services.

• Establish and expand strategic alliances within the governmental and defense sector to position our product portfolio with key stakeholders.

• Conduct continuous business development and acquisition through country-specific research and your professional network.

• Build and maintain strong B2G network and sourcing relationships within your assigned markets.

• Act as Key Account Manager for strategic customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

• Manage day-to-day sales operations, including CRM maintenance and proposal development together with our Bid and Solution teams.

• Create customer‑specific marketing content (e.g., whitepapers, solution briefs, use cases) in collaboration with Marketing and Product.

• Serve as the first point of contact for all sales-related inquiries within your field of expertise.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to anticipate opportunities and risks.

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct sales‑driving activities such as customer events and flight demonstrations.

What you bring to the team:

• Several years of experience in the governmental sector (e.g., military, police, international organizations, NATO), ideally with a sales focus.

• Proven negotiation experience with defense contractors and governmental procurement entities.

• Strong ability to manage RFI/RFP processes and create competitive proposals.

• A strong drive to win new business and proactively develop a healthy sales pipeline.

• Ability to lead customer events, deliver compelling presentations, and professionally represent the company.

• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong plus

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Bonus: An established network within the BeNeLux governmental or defense procurement community.
