For our client, a company of the thyssenkrupp Group in Kiel , we are currently looking for a commercial order processor (m/f/d) in the area of sales/export .

Your tasks

  • Participation in changes and additions to customer contracts
  • Preparation of simple/medium cost overrun/reduced cost estimates for the customer in coordination with the specialist departments and the property management.
  • Monitoring compliance with the payment plan
  • Maintain SD module with SA figures, revenue reconciliation with calculation and controlling
  • Calculation of the respective invoice amount, distribution of the invoice amount and transmission to the customer
  • Procurement of supporting documents for invoices, such as confirmations from the customer's liaison office and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
  • Calculation of price adjustment
  • Preparation of corresponding customer invoices and provision of contractually required documents such as publications on prices and price indices for commercial products (domestic and foreign); requesting, collecting and filing the corresponding statistical documents.
  • Tracking of incoming payments
  • Prosecution of the debt collection system
  • Customer credit management
  • Preparation, tracking and updating of payment/cash outflow plans for public contracts
  • Accounting in accordance with the specific requirements of the public contracting authority
  • They are responsible for coordinating and integrating the specialist departments of customs, taxes, insurance, finance, cost accounting, controlling and export control.
  • Willingness to travel
  • They will take on further commercial tasks which will be divided or tailored to their strengths within the commercial project team.

Your profile

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Business Administration (BA) or comparable qualification with professional experience. Motivated newcomers are also welcome.
  • Commercial and technical understanding as well as an advanced legal understanding
  • Contract-level English skills
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to recognize connections
  • Good expressiveness
  • High level of teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to interact with other cultures
  • Systematic work
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Appropriate handling of customers/business partners
  • Handling a complex task area
  • Tasks are carried out in compliance with guidelines, largely without specifications and with a high degree of independence.
