For our Same Day team in Frankfurt Main, we are looking for a results-oriented:

Strategic Pricing and Network Analyst (m/f/d)

Permanent, full-time

These challenges await you with us:

Pricing:

• You work together with the sales team to support the RFQ process
• You develop and implement pricing structures for potential DHL Same Day customers
• You are responsible for coordinating with internal network operations and procurement to be able to offer tailored solutions in a timely manner
• Analyzing shipment volumes and revenue to determine the effectiveness and profitability of pricing structures is part of your responsibilities
• You support the definition of overall rates and guidelines that the sales team can use when setting rates for individual customers
• You help design opportunities to support the entire pricing process

Procurement:

• You manage external and internal suppliers and are responsible for their integration and implementation
• You conduct strategic and ad-hoc price negotiations with airlines and service providers
• You participate in meetings with airlines as well as external and internal suppliers to review performance, pricing, and to develop strategic projects
• Monitoring and adjusting customer profitability
• Maintaining the agent and carrier database
• Close collaboration with our internal operational departments, airlines, the DHL Group, as well as the Same Day Commercial, Product and Pricing departments

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field
• Experience in a data or financial analysis role
• Experience in ocean freight/air freight (desirable)
• Very good PC skills (Office 365)
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Very good organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to ad-hoc requests
• Results-oriented mindset, team spirit, resilience, flexibility, and organizational talent
