We are looking for a Junior Project Management Coordinator to assist our partners with a complex commercial engagement for a Munich based client. In this role, you will help coordinate the moving parts of our advisory work, ensuring that our project timelines stay on track and our information remains organized. Gulf Associates prioritizes commercial reality over theoretical models, and you will play a central part in keeping our operational side orderly so our senior team can focus on client negotiations and decision support. This is a fully remote position that offers a direct look into how large scale investments and partnerships are structured.

What you will do
  • Maintain project schedules and track internal deadlines to keep the team aligned on key milestones.
  • Coordinate schedules for meetings between partners, counterparties, and the team representing our Munich based client.
  • Organize and manage the documentation flow for active engagements, ensuring all research and evidence is easily accessible.
  • Support the preparation of briefing materials and internal documents for high level commercial discussions.
  • Monitor project logs to track open actions and ensure follow ups happen on a regular schedule.
  • Assist in the collection and gathering of information needed to support our commercial positions.
  • Help manage the logistics of remote workshops and collaborative sessions with various external parties.
  • Update status reports that provide a clear view of where a deal or partnership stands at any given moment.
What you bring
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle several moving pieces at once without losing focus.
  • Clear and concise writing ability: you should be able to summarize complex discussions into readable notes.
  • A logical approach to task management and a high degree of comfort working independently.
  • Commercial curiosity: an interest in how businesses and sovereign entities interact within a specific market.
  • Attention to detail: you notice when a deadline is approaching or when a document requires revision.
  • Reliability in a fully remote environment: you are comfortable managing your own time and staying communicative.
  • Basic proficiency with standard productivity software and tools used for tracking project progress.
  • A professional mindset focused on getting the job done efficiently and accurately.
