Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Manager (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!

Your tasks in the net zero journey:
- Plan and execute supplier audits (Potential Analysis, Process Audits, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Lead supplier APQP, PPAP, Safe Launch, and supplier qualification activities.
- Manage supplier quality issues, claims, non-conforming material, and 8D reports.
- Monitor and report supplier quality KPIs (PPM, audit findings, supplier scorecards, 8D status, chargebacks).
- Drive supplier development and continuous improvement projects.
- Lead the incoming inspection team and maintain incoming inspection plans and quality requirements.
- Implement and maintain Supplier Quality Agreements (SQAs).
- Support supply chain in supplier selection, qualification, and risk management.
- Contribute supplier quality expertise to development and industrialization projects.
- Lead supplier task forces and escalation activities for critical quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and compliance with ISO 9001/IATF requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management, ideally within the automotive, energy storage, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience conducting supplier audits (VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and leading supplier qualification processes.
- Strong background in APQP, PPAP, and Safe Launch methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with 8D problem-solving, root cause analysis, and non-conforming material management.
- Familiarity with supplier scorecards, PPM tracking, and quality KPI reporting.
- Experience managing or working closely with incoming inspection teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
