- analyze requirements for military and civil Flight Management Systems (FMS) and Flight Guidance Systems
- design and develop FMS, automation and Flight Guidance functions, including solutions supporting RPAS integration into general airspace
- manage and coordinate external suppliers and subcontractors
- define and oversee Verification & Validation activities, including laboratory, ground and flight testing
- collaborate closely with international and cross-functional engineering teams

DU...
- hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable technical field
- have mandatory experience in Systems Engineering and Flight Management Systems or similar avionics systems
- possess hands-on experience with design and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink or SCADE
- ideally bring experience in Flight Crew Alerting Systems and/or UAV/RPAS environments
- communicate fluently in English; German skills are considered an advantage
