About Alpine Business Consulting
Alpine Business Consulting is a team of specialists who step in when enterprise systems have lost their way. We focus on fixing performance management and reporting tools that were either poorly configured or left unfinished. Instead of theoretical advice, we provide practical configurations for systems like Oracle EPM and SAP BPC. Our goal is always to create a single source of truth so that finance teams can trust their morning reports. We are plain spoken, direct, and we value documentation that actually helps the client stay independent after we leave.
Our partner is a major logistics provider currently navigating a complex digital overhaul. We are supporting them in cleaning up their financial data and implementing new reporting structures. To help manage the moving parts of this engagement, we are hiring a Junior Digital Project Coordinator. This is a permanent, full time position that is fully remote, allowing you to work from your own environment while supporting a high stakes project.

About the role
In this role, you will act as the organizational glue for our consulting team. Because we deal with fixed price projects and strict deadlines, coordination is vital. You will work closely with our senior consultants to keep the logistics project on track. This involves everything from tracking task completion to ensuring that the handover documentation is as clear as possible. You are not expected to be a software expert on day one, but you must be someone who enjoys keeping schedules tidy and instructions easy to follow. This is a great entry point for someone interested in professional services and digital project management.

What you will do
  • Maintain and update project schedules to reflect current progress on the logistics engagement.
  • Draft clear and concise meeting minutes that focus on specific action items and decisions.
  • Organize and manage the project document library, ensuring all files are named and stored correctly.
  • Assist senior consultants in drafting user guides and system configuration manuals.
  • Follow up with team members to gather status updates on specific technical tasks.
  • Help prepare status reports for the client that focus on facts and milestones reached.
  • Organize the final handover packages to ensure the client has everything they need to run their system.
  • Monitor the project mailbox to flag urgent requests from the logistics partner.
What we are looking for
  • A degree in business, communications, or an IT related field, or equivalent experience from internships.
  • A high level of comfort with digital tools like shared spreadsheets and task boards.
  • The ability to write in plain English without using corporate jargon or fluff.
  • Strong organizational habits: you are the type of person who makes lists and double checks details.
  • A genuine interest in how large companies use software to manage their global operations.
  • Self discipline to work effectively in a fully remote setting.
  • A proactive approach to asking questions when a project requirement is not clear.
  • Willingness to learn the basics of enterprise reporting and data structures.
