About the role:
We are looking for you as R&D engineer with immediate effect to complement our industrial quality testing department at our Erlangen site.
The Erlangen-based "Industrial Quality Testing" department provides innovative and technologically advanced solutions for vibration and noise testing in industry.

Our solutions for industrial measurement technology are used around the clock by well-known companies in the automotive industry worldwide. Main topics of the Simcenter Anovis products are:
•The end of line testing of powertrain components, of gearboxes and of electric motors (Simcenter Anovis EOL)
•Non-destructive component testing by measuring natural frequencies (Simcenter Anovis NDT)
•Process monitoring of punches and presses (Simcenter Anovis MON)
What you’ll be doing:
You will support our team in the further development of our products for vibration and noise testing. Essential parts of your work will be to work independently on the further development of our Simcenter Anovis software. This includes the development and implementation of innovative algorithms for signal processing and pattern recognition and the programming of interfaces for the integration of our software into the customer's IT environment.
What you’ll bring:
- Completed studies in a technical field (electrical engineering, information technology, communications engineering, technical computer science, mechanical engineering)
- Reliability, ability to work independently and in a team
- Experienced use of the programming languages C#, C and C++
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Friendly, competent and communicative appearance

Our Benefits & Rewards
The salary range for this position is 60,500 to 96,800 EUR and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
