Your tasks

• Processing of planning and production orders in the ERP system, taking into account project specifications and prototype construction resources.
• Determining and communicating completion dates to internal clients
• Management and tracking of repair orders for test vehicles, test setups and complete systems
• Feedback on completed products, including serial number tracking in the ERP system
• Provision of material retrieval lists for production logistics
• Interface coordination for missing parts to ensure the feasibility of planned and production orders

Your profile

• Completed technical or engineering studies or technical training with further education to become a technician
• Professional experience in the required field and demonstrable practical experience
• REFA training is desirable
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 applications is an advantage.
• Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for complex processes
• Independent, structured work style and high resilience
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
