Intern Accounting (all genders welcome)

Work on real projects and tasks within our Finance department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Minimum of 6 months (possible prolongation for up to 12 months).

The Requirements:

For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union, preferably Germany. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.

Your mission:

• Delivers clearly defined administrative tasks and processes as defined with supervision and support.
• Action required immediately. Looks up to 1 month ahead.

The following are main tasks and main responsibilities, but not limited:

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile invoices and other transactions.
• Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices with and without SAP supported workflow.
• Follow-up on parked items and blocked invoices.
• Archiving of invoices and bookkeeping slips.
• Manage invoice mail box.
• Organizational activities (e.g. postal services, prepare RFA´s).

Your talents:

Education:

• Bachelor or Master student in the field of in Economics or Business Studies.

Skills:

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), suitable languages advantageous.
• International mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook and Excel).
