About the role : Schneider eStar, a joint venture between Schneider Electric and StarCharge Europe, combines European market expertise with storage and EV charging infrastructure leadership.
We provide solutions and services tailored for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors to facilitate the energy transition. As a Strategic Analyst within the eStar's ecosystem at Schneider Electric, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across a complex and fast-evolving environment.
You will work at the intersection of business, operations, and transformation, contributing to the definition and execution of high-impact initiatives. Operating in a global and cross-functional context, you will help structure insights, challenge assumptions, and provide data-driven recommendations to support leadership in navigating strategic priorities.
This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad view of Schneider Electric's business dynamics, transformation agenda, and performance drivers. Your missions : * Strategic support: contribute to planning cycles through market analysis, performance reviews, and scenario modeling. * Analysis & decision-making: deliver data-driven insights and build frameworks to assess strategic initiatives and opportunities. * Performance monitoring: track KPIs and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. * Cross-functional collaboration: work with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Digital teams to align priorities. * Executive communication: prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership. * Transformation & continuous improvement: support strategic projects and the evolution of the eStar model. * Benchmarking & market intelligence: analyze industry trends and best practices to challenge and improve existing approaches * Market intel: + Drive market & competitive intelligence: identify & select best provider, structure database & make it accessible to the team, drive associated analysis and produce comprehensive analysis. + Propose innovative solutions to bring insightful analytics to the activities (newsletter, quarterly reports, social media screening, ...).
Drive regular update and share with applicable community. + Identify and - when applicable - attend to key events (from competition, subject matter experts, ...) and provide synthetic briefs to relevant stakeholders. + Work closely with offer managers & countries to produce competitive briefs / battle cards. * Support strategic studies on selected topics (market growth opportunities / GTM strategy / geography deep dive / technology deep dive). * Support key events / meetings preparation with senior leadership. Your profile : * Master's degree from a business or engineering school * 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy role. * Experience in a complex, international environment is a strong plus. * Proven work experience in the Emobility field. * Technical & analytical skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to structure complex topics. * Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau). * Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. * Familiarity with financial analysis and business performance metrics. * Business & strategic mindset * Good understanding of business strategy frameworks and market dynamics * Ability to connect operational topics to broader strategic priorities * Strong interest in digital transformation, energy management, and sustainability * Soft skills & posture * Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal * Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to interact with senior leaders * High level of autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail * Curiosity and critical thinking, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset * Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments Ready to turn marketing data into your competitive edge? This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France.
Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Individual's compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
