Your tasks
Technical clarification and interface function: Independent technical coordination with installation companies and the internal planning department for the mechanical building equipment within the framework of HVDC projects.
Assembly process and quality assurance: Technically flawless, quality-assured and timely execution of the assembly work while strictly adhering to all contractual obligations on the construction site.
Documentation and project management: Continuous monitoring, updating and creation of the required assembly and handover protocols according to specified guidelines and technical standards.
Compliance and occupational safety: Ensuring and monitoring compliance with all legally required obligations (occupational safety, working time regulations, organizational and supervisory duties).
Logistics and risk management: Structured planning and execution of construction site logistics in the assembly context, as well as active support of the superior construction management in risk and damage management, including the development of optimization proposals.
Project completion: Active participation in the project completion report and systematic summary of lessons learned for internal process improvement.
Your profile
Qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in the field of mechatronics, HVAC (heating, air conditioning, ventilation), mechanics or a comparable qualification; a completed degree in this field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Technical expertise: Solid and well-founded knowledge in the field of building technology, especially in the segment of refrigeration and ventilation systems.
Professional experience: Sufficient and verifiable practical experience as a section site manager or in a comparable management position on construction sites in an industrial environment is desirable.
Language skills: Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, for smooth communication in international project environments.
