General conditions for the position:
Salary range: approx. €45,000 - €54,000 gross per year (based on classification EG 5 A, ERA Bayern for skilled workers with many years of professional experience, plus industry supplements for the metal and electrical industries as well as Airbus equal pay adjustments)
Your tasks
Performing demanding equipment and assembly work, including on systems such as fuel supply and flight control.
Professional assembly of complex components made of metal and modern fiber composite materials
Independent planning of individual work steps and their precise execution using aircraft-specific assembly methods (such as drilling, riveting and gluing)
Conducting qualified leak tests on the fuel tank to ensure operational safety
Documentation during the work process, confirmation of the work performed in the production plan, and handover of the finished assemblies.
Your profile
Successfully completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (ideally specializing in manufacturing or maintenance technology) or comparable commercial training in the metal sector
Several years of sound professional experience (at least 3 years) in manufacturing or production in the aerospace industry or aircraft construction
Demonstrable knowledge in the field of classic helicopter structures and their equipment, as well as practical experience in handling fiber composite materials.
Fluent German skills and advanced English language skills for technical documentation
A high degree of teamwork, commitment, resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work shifts.
