We are hiring a Junior Data Operations Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role supports our core commercial advisory work by managing the information pipelines that inform high stakes partnership decisions. Specifically, you will be assisting a project for a partner in Berlin, ensuring the data we use to evaluate counterparties and market dynamics is accurate and well organized. We value commercial judgment over theoretical models: your work will provide the evidence our partners need to give actionable advice to sovereign entities and family groups.

What you will do

  • Collect and organize data regarding counterparty behavior and market movements to support active client engagements.
  • Maintain internal databases to ensure that commercial information is accurate and accessible for senior advisors.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefing materials by extracting key facts from research reports and investment documents.
  • Monitor changes in the regulatory environment within specific territories to help identify potential risks for our partners.
  • Review data sets for inconsistencies or errors to ensure that the logic of our commercial advice remains sound.
  • Collaborate with the research team to standardize how we document partnership structures and capital deployment history.
  • Track the progress of joint venture negotiations through clear and consistent reporting on counterparty responses.
  • Ensure all project related information is filed according to our internal standards for data integrity and security.

What you bring

  • Strong interest in how large scale investments and commercial partnerships function in the real world.
  • Clear writing style with the ability to summarize complex information into direct, useful points.
  • A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to spot patterns or discrepancies in sets of information.
  • High attention to detail when managing spreadsheets, documents, and internal records.
  • Experience using standard office software and basic data management tools from university projects or previous roles.
  • The discipline to work effectively in a fully remote environment without constant direct supervision.
  • A preference for practical evidence and ground reality over abstract theories or generic business models.
  • Willingness to learn the specific commercial logic used in complex environments where state and private capital interact.
