Job Title: Senior Product Manager - PDF Expert

Location: Berlin, Germany

We need a Senior Product Manager to own this critical product area end-to-end, driving high-impact discovery and shipping features that redefine mobile and desktop productivity. Without you, we cannot move fast enough to capture the massive opportunity of AI-powered document workflows across iOS, Mac, and Web.

What you'll do

End-to-end product development for a core PDF Expert product area across iOS, Mac, and Web.
  • Lead discovery and identify high-impact product opportunities based on user research and analytics.
  • Run a dedicated cross-functional squad of 5 engineers, a designer, and a product analyst.
  • Spearhead the strategy, prototyping, and shipping of next-generation AI-powered productivity features.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to optimize user funnels and engagement.
  • Align engineering, design, and analytics stakeholders to drive initiatives from raw idea to launch.
What success looks like

Month 1: You will onboard with your squad, establish your relationship with the Head of Product, and dive deep into PDF Expert's existing mobile UX, user research, and data funnels.

Month 2-3: You will take full ownership of your squad's backlog, design your first core product experiments, and begin prototyping high-impact AI features or workflow enhancements.

By end of Q1: You will have successfully shipped your first major feature or experiment to our 30 million users, establishing a clear, data-backed roadmap for the next wave of AI-powered productivity tools.
