For our client in the aerospace industry, we are seeking motivated candidates for the following position in Hamburg, Germany, to start immediately on a temporary staffing basis:
Supply Chain Specialist / Business Administrator (m/f/d) – Ref. 70345
Job Profile:
Ensuring operational material supply within the engine division.
Reviewing all material sources, including the resulting stock coverage analyses and detailed planning for specific supply events.
Deriving insights regarding short- and long-term supply requirements based on these analyses.
Organizing and monitoring exchange and scrap replacement options and coordinating with relevant interfaces.
Processing material transactions/bookings.
Independently developing alternatives during supply shortages—considering technical, aviation regulatory, and commercial requirements as well as customer priorities—in coordination with relevant interfaces.
Proactively coordinating the allocation of scarce parts and identifying critical components for prioritization or escalation.
Independently initiating escalation processes.
Coordinating necessary measures with relevant departments (fulfillment, material planning, purchasing, etc.).
Identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization and digitalization.
Handling special assignments.
Personal Requirements (Education, Knowledge, Skills):
Completed degree (Master’s, Bachelor’s, University of Applied Sciences/FH, or Diplom) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
Excellent IT skills in MS Office, SAP, and SAP BW. Knowledge of Power BI and data analytics desirable
