We are looking for a motivated new team member to join and support our Retail Media team (15 members) in developing and selling the best marketing solutions for our key suppliers.

With your organizational, communication and negotiation skills, you will play a key role in ensuring the profitability of the company through targeted measures and campaigns.

This position combines a strategic approach, creative idea generation and data analytics in a welcoming and cross-functional team.

Your role

• You will be the primary point of contact with our suppliers for all planning, budgeting, coordination, recommendation and analysis of paid marketing activities internally
• You present, negotiate and sell our strategic media service catalog for media budget, thereby directly contributing to the company’s bottom line
• Also, you lead the coordination of campaigns internally with the corresponding teams such as Campaign, Social Media, CRM, etc.
• Furthermore, you present to top stakeholders (including C-level) of partner suppliers analysis of past marketing activities according to most important KPIs and advise on future campaigns that maximize ROI
• As a part of your responsibilities, you upsell our suppliers on additional media and marketing tools and continuously foster a strong supplier relationship
• In order to secure our market leading position and generate additional marketing revenue, you lead the discussion with our product and engineering teams to bring innovative Retail Media tools to flaconi
• Finally, you track marketing spend annually, assuring that suppliers adhere to their contractually agreed investments and invoice all activities

Your profile

• Completed studies with a focus on sales, marketing, business administration or a comparable subject area, and at least 3 years of professional experience in online marketing / trade marketing / campaign management or comparable role, ideally for a retailer or media agency
• Experience setting up and managing ads via a 3rd party provider ( Meta, TikTok, Criteo, etc)
• Sound knowledge of Google tools and ideally experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Professional communication and presentation skills as well as an aptitude for negotiation in English. German skill are a plus
• Experience in presenting & selling products or services
• Outstanding project management and organizational talent - can handle many suppliers & requests in parallel
• Strong analytical skills to read and interpret the numbers to give the right advice to our suppliers
• Passion and enthusiasm for digital marketing and trends

• Full transparency : For this role, we have a salary band between 48,000€ and 57,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
