Als Receptionist bist du das Gesicht von Salesforce in München. Du sorgst dafür dass sich jeder Besucher vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt und schaffst mit deinem professionellen herzlichen Auftreten unvergessliche Erlebnisse.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

• Sei der strahlende erste Kontakt für alle Besucher empfange jeden Gast stehend mit Lächeln und professionellem Auftreten
• Registriere Gäste im System (Traction Guest) verwalte Besucherausweise
• Biete Getränke an nimm Mäntel entgegen und sorge dafür dass sich jeder wohlfühlt
• Halte Empfang und Bürobereiche jederzeit sauber und einladend
• Erkenne VIPs und Stammgäste merke dir ihre besonderen Wünsche
• Verwalte Post Pakete und Lieferungen
• Bestelle Büromaterial und Verbrauchsartikel
• Bearbeite Tickets und E-Mails
• Organisiere Zugangsbadges für Mitarbeiter Besucher und Dienstleister
• Buche Taxis und koordiniere Services
• Pflege Kontakte zu Facility Management IT-Helpdesk und externen Partnern
• Empfehle passende Meeting-Locations Restaurants und Hotels

Das bringst du mit:

• Berufserfahrung im Empfang Kundenservice oder in der Administration
• IdealerweiseHotelhintergrundoder Erfahrung in der Gästebetreuung
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
• MS Office-Kenntnisse
• Organisationstalent Multitasking-FähigkeitundCan-Do-Mentalität
