About Ghostnote
Ghostnote is a fast growing music startup based in Berlin. Since launching in February 2025 weve been building instrumental music brands that millions of people study sleep game and relax to - from piano and lullabies to anime and gaming covers lofi and sleep music. Everything we release is made by real musicians and we have a strict zero-AI music policy.
Our founding team has previously scaled several music brands to over 1 billion Spotify streams. Today Ghostnotes catalogue is streamed millions of times every week and growing fast.
The role
We are looking for a highly organised Production Coordinator to run the day-to-day of our music production pipeline. Working closely with our Founder & Creative Director you will keep every project on track from brief to release manage communication with our freelance producers and musicians and check and approve music before it moves to the distribution team. The role also covers co-ordination of artwork and visuals across our brands.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves anime gaming and the music of internet subculture and wants to help build the brands behind it.
