About the Position

HOLY has become one of Europes fastest-growing beverage brands in retail. With every new market retailer and product launch the complexity of managing our portfolio grows and thats where you come in.

AsRetail Product Operations Manager youll operate our retail product portfolio from launch to long-term performance. Youll sit at the center of Product Sales Supply Chain Operations and Design to ensure every product reaches the shelf on time performs successfully and is well integrated in our system & infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Own Product Lifecycle Operations: Lead HOLYs retail products through every stage of their lifecycle from launch decisions and relaunches to SKU changes and discontinuations. Build launch roadmaps coordinate cross-functional execution and ensure every product is delivered on time and ready for retail.
• Drive Product Readiness & New Initiatives: Coordinate the execution of new retail products packaging developments and other product-related initiatives. Translate business requirements into clear creative briefs align stakeholders on timelines and deliverables and act as the DRI to ensure projects are executed successfully.
• Manage Portfolio Health & Lifecycle: Own the health and performance of HOLYs retail product portfolio. Monitor commercial and operational KPIs identify optimization opportunities conduct post-launch reviews and use data to continuously improve the portfolio and product lifecycle decisions.
• Own Product Information & Governance: Ensure all retail product information remains accurate scalable and up to date. Maintain product specifications and documentation coordinate packaging copy and approval processes and continuously improve product management standards and documentation to support HOLYs rapid growth.

About You

• You have experience in Product Management Product Operations Portfolio Management or Project Management ideally within FMCG consumer goods food & beverage or another fast-paced consumer business.
• You thrive in cross-functional environments. Youre comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders balancing competing priorities and driving projects from idea to execution.
• Youre highly organized and detail-oriented. You naturally bring structure to complex projects without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Youre analytical and commercially minded. You enjoy using data to evaluate product performance and support portfolio decisions.
• You take ownership. You proactively solve problems communicate early and move projects forward without waiting for direction.
• Language: Fluency in English is required. German is a strong plus.
• Location: This role can be fully remote with Berlin being a strong plus for regular collaboration with the team.

The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

1. Getting to know you with Eric: Our Talent Acquisition Manager will have a 30 minute screening interview will you where you will talk about HOLY the position and see if our expectations match.
2. Hiring Manager interview with Joanna or Ben: One of our Retail Leaders will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role.
3. Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews you will receive a case a second meeting at our office the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace the HOLY Temple.
4. Reference calls: At this stage wed like to connect with 12 former colleagues or managers who have worked closely with you. These conversations help us better understand your working style and strengths from those who know you professionally.
5. Interview with Matze: As a strong cultural fit is important to us you will have a final meeting with Matze one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
